Free delivery on orders over $300.
A fixed shipping fee of $10 will be charged on orders between $150 and $299, and $8 on orders below $149.
If you need to get the package quickly, 2 day express delivery fee is $23
Shipping normally starts within 2-3 working days once the orders are made, however, this may differ around weekends, holidays and seasonal sales.
Delivery estimates are provided by the delivery services once orders are picked up.
Additional charges will occur for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Pre-order items are shipped on their release date.
Return
If a product is damaged or defective, it can be returned free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, it is possible for you to start the return process at an expense of $12.97 for shipping and within 14 days of receiving the product.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without being used, broken, or devalued in any way.
If the items are damaged or lost while being delivered back to us, you will be responsible. Please be cautious with the packaging and tracking of the items.
Once the items are returned, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the shipping cost.
