"Finding serenity under the blooming plum blossoms."
In this vibrant work, Kyunglan Yeo brings the traditional symbols of longevity and hope—plum blossoms—into a contemporary lifestyle setting. A cheerful yellow teapot and a delicate ceramic bowl sit on a lush green table, suggesting a peaceful afternoon tea.
The two birds perched together represent harmony and connection, while the small figure resting on the grass invites us to slow down and breathe in the fragrance of the present moment.

Curator's Note
We recommend this piece for your dining area or sunroom. It has the power to transform a simple tea break into a refreshing stroll through a spring garden.
Artist, Kyungran Yeo
Kyungran Yeo is a Korean ceramic artist. Her tableware, which are the result of her contemplation of the fundamental ‘use’ of the craft, create a natural and beautiful harmony with everything they contain.
Minhwa Collection
Kyungran draws inspiration from Minhwa (Korean folk painting), a tradition rich with auspicious symbols of fortune, joy, and prosperity. Tigers, magpies, rabbits, and peonies—each carrying centuries of meaning—are reimagined through her unique artistic language.
On her ceramics, these motifs are hand-painted with meticulous care, turning each vessel into a piece that elevates both everyday meals and special gatherings. Her digital drawings, meanwhile, reveal another dimension of her practice, offering a timeless encounter with beauty and symbolism.
Blending tradition with contemporary sensibility, Yeo’s works embody a quiet elegance that resonates far beyond their form.
Care
Surface & Texture: Minor variations in paper texture or tone may occur due to the natural qualities of archival fine art paper. These are inherent characteristics, not flaws.
Framing & Cover: Each print comes in a wooden frame with a crystal-clear protective cover. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity to ensure longevity.
Cleaning: Gently dust the frame and cover with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Handcrafted Details: As every piece is carefully produced, subtle variations in finish and framing may occur, making each work unique.
