Order Confirmation: Orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon completed payment.
Cancellation & Refunds:
-Up to 3 days before pickup : 100% Refundable.
-2 days before pickup – Day of pickup: Non-refundable. (Production begins with specialized fresh ingredients).
-No-Shows: Products not picked up within store hours on the scheduled date will be disposed of for food safety and are non-refundable. If you are running late, please contact the store in advance.
-Exchanges: As this is a fresh food item, exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are not permitted.
